So who are we looking for?

Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement? We’re looking for a Finance Integration Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in the financial onboarding and offboarding of property schemes—both new-build and second-hand—within our expanding portfolio.

You'll work closely with our Integration and Finance teams to ensure the seamless setup of new developments on our core systems (Qube, Bank, Dwellent), accurate transfer of financial data from outgoing agents, and smooth transitions that maintain operational continuity and financial integrity. From liaising with developers and external agents to preparing trial balances, service charge budgets, and first client reports, your expertise will underpin successful handovers and help drive efficiency in our integration processes.

And what will you be doing?

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

Onboarding (New build schemes)

• Assisting with preparing systems (Qube, Bank, Dwellent) for new scheme. Confirm year end date, charge frequency, client etc. Sense check operational set up of site on Qube
• Working with wider Integration team to ensure budget creation, set up on Qube and first charges raised
• Raise void charges for Developers where already set up
• Compile first client reporting and agree schedule moving forward
• Any ad hoc queries that may arise

Onboarding (Second hand schemes)

• Chase for first financial information from previous agent
• Use information received to compile TB and then query what is missing / incomplete with previous agent
• Issue any prior year accounts balancing charges
• Liaise with finance to allocate any funds received from previous agent

Offboarding

• Prepare initial handover documents for new agent in timely manner
• On handover date, prepare handover TB with all backing reports and issue interim funds to new agent
• Liaise with new agent / ops team for any site related queries on handover
• Liaise with service charge team to get conclusion of any remaining accounts before issuing to new agent

Ad hoc duties

• Help with any ad hoc queries relating to onboarding / offboarding sites from external agents or customers
• Respond to internal queries from teams i.e credit control for opening customer balance queries
• Help Service Charge team with preparation of accounts budgets in busy periods
