- Oversee all departments to ensure strong operational performance.

- Lead team training, engagement, and ongoing development.
- Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience leading mobile and onsite teams.
- Strong people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of income, expenditure, and quotation preparation.
- Proactive problem‑solver able to identify issues early and drive team success.
- Confident delegator who supports team members in achieving their goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver on strategy.
- Commercially minded, able to spot opportunities and navigate challenges.
- Fluent English with excellent written accuracy.
- Proficient IT user, comfortable with MS Office and internal systems.
