What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Manage the main Management Office desk, acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors.
- Receive, sort and distribute post and parcels, maintaining accurate records and managing “signed for” items in line with procedures.
- Report and liaise with the Centrick Estate Management team on all concerns, complaints and site issues.
- Carry out routine building patrols and inspections, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and compliant, with accurate records maintained.
- Monitor CCTV systems and provide recordings to management or police when required.
- Control and account for all keys and access devices in accordance with procedures.
- Support contractor visits, bookings and on-site access, working closely with the onsite maintenance team.
- Maintain up-to-date resident contact information and ensure internal systems and portals are kept current.
- Take meter readings as requested.
- Adhere to all site-specific procedures, checklists and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Provide a professional, helpful and knowledgeable service, seeking guidance when required.
What you need to succeed
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy (e.g. record keeping, key control, parcel logs)
- Confident using CCTV systems and IT systems (email, portals, spreadsheets)
- Good understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities
